About Nora

Nora and her son, Jose, were both very kind and professional. Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning was below my expectations. I had to remind them to wipe down windows and clean corners/edges in multiple rooms. While some windows were addressed, most were not cleaned. In addition, several items we agreed on during the walkthrough a few days prior were left unfinished—specifically cleaning the inside of the refrigerators and a bathroom on the main floor. Overall, the cleaning job felt limited in attention to detail and quality. Immediatly after they left, I messaged Nora to let her know the agreed-upon tasks hadn’t been completed. She apologized, but did not offer any additional explanation or a plan to make it right.
