About Noorah

I knew as a young teen that my gift was working with children. I have had the opportunity to do this in different settings with various ages of kids, both as a volunteer and in paid positions. I am a recent graduate of Ecola Bible College in Cannon Beach, Oregon where I have also worked for 3 summers in children's ministry at the Cannon Beach Conference Center. Prior to graduating high school, I volunteered in junior high youth ministry as I shadowed a youth pastor for my senior capstone project. I believe that listening first before speaking is one of the greatest tools I have learned to better serve the needs of others and to get the job done. I think the best way to assist a child in their growth potential is to get to know them and to be mindful of their specific needs and learning styles.
