Nolan nannied for our two children for four years, and was our oldest child’s aid who has autism. From day one, Nolan showed incredible patience, kindness, and understanding, and he truly was a saint in the way he worked with our oldest child. He took the time to learn his needs and routines and always approached every situation with calm and compassion. Nolan was extremely dependable and flexible, often staying late or adjusting his schedule whenever we needed extra support. He went above and beyond, was always engaged with the kids, and showed a genuine passion for his work. He was the best aide and nanny we have ever had, and while it was hard to part ways due to scheduling changes and him finding something closer to home, we would recommend Nolan without hesitation to any family looking for an exceptional nanny or special needs aide.
