I'm 63. Very healthy and active. Non-smoker. Petite but strong for my size. I am transitioning from office work to my first love, social work. I always wanted to take care of my parents when they grew old but never got the chance. I've done non-medical home health care on a part time basis providing overnight and Alzheimer's care and loved it. I am available to help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, grocery shopping, doctor appointments, client care including hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, movement, exercise, medication reminders, and companionship. Nola is a fantastic person. Very caring and helpful. She has excellent computer and organizational skills as she has had a lot of accounting in her background. I highly recommend her in many capacities. She is honest, dependable, punctual and flexible with her schedule.
