I can help your loved ones with light housekeeping and meal preparation. I am adept at de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention when needed. I communicate with families through verbal updates during visits and regular text or phone call check-ins. I have First Aid Training and speak both English and Spanish. Though my formal education includes some high school, my real learning has come from positive experiences in previous adult and senior care roles.
