About Noemi

Mimi is the most amazing caretaker and person, and has truly become a part of our family in the last three years. I cannot recommend her highly enough. We moved to Greece in the fall otherwise we would never want to part with her! Mimi is a bright light, always happy and smiling. She is meticulously clean, and goes above and beyond in terms of keeping our home clean and our family organized. She is an amazing cook, and prepares healthy kid-friendly options for my kids, adapting as they’ve gotten older. She even will cook family dinner for us as well! She also drives (very carefully) and would take our kids to various classes. We have 3 kids - a 4yr old, 2yr old, and newborn. She is amazing with (and adored by) all and juggles the various schedules and activities with grace and a smile on her face. She is trustworthy and always super cautious and attentive. She reads and sings songs and plays with my kids and has even taught my older boys Spanish, as she is a native Spanish speaker. Mimi is very social and would meet other nannies at the park and set up play dates and other opportunities for socialization, which was wonderful for our children. She never would lose focus on the kids, and she is never on her phone. I loved working with Mimi, and felt like we were truly a team. She has great instincts about what kids need, and we were always very aligned in terms of providing structure and setting boundaries for the kids. As a working mom, I could rely on Mimi to mantain a schedule and follow instructions while using her best judgement as different things would arise. The family that has the privilege to work with Mimi next is so lucky! Please feel free to call me with any follow-up questions.
