About Noemi

I'd describe my personality as creative, empathetic, fun! I like working with kids because they need love, support and encouragement during their crucial time of development. Being able to help them learn, and find self confidence is so rewarding. I'm looking for a job that challenges me in my areas of weakness and empowers me to use my strengths. I started working with kids about 1. 5 years ago as a Registered Behavioral Technician, providing therapy with kids with Autism I help manage and process challenging behaviors as well as teaching them day to day skills and social skills as well as help self and play. In my spare time, I like to paint, bake, as well as workout/hike. I LOVE music, and playing the ukelele! One thing you should know about me is that I grew up babysitting my nephews and nieces that I love and adore. I'm very comfortable with caring for kids!
