I have extensive hands-on experience caring for individuals with complex and special needs who require daily assistance and attentive care. I cared for an individual who was quadriplegic, wheelchair- and bed-bound, had seizures, autism, and ADHD, and required G-tube feeding and complete assistance with activities of daily living. I am experienced with G-tube feeding, diaper changes, bathing, personal hygiene, repositioning, mobility assistance, seizure safety, feeding routines, and close supervision. I understand the importance of following care plans, maintaining a calm and safe environment, recognizing changes in behavior or condition, and communicating with families and care teams.
