Noemi (Mimi) is an amazing nanny! Highly recommend her if you're looking for a sitter or nanny. She watched 3 of our kids (1 baby, 1 toddler, and 1 little kid) for many months and my kids adore her. She is great at following instructions when it comes to the kids schedules. Also at the same time she can take initiative and figure things out on her own without needing guidance. She is one step ahead and plans out management of multiple kids at once. She comes with a lot of experience and I feel confident leaving my kids in her care. She is a great communicator , efficient, and has a strong work ethic. I am so thankful we found her!
