About Noelle

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I have dedicated 16 years to making a positive impact on the families I support. As a certified teacher with a degree and specialized coursework in early child development, I bring a professional yet creative approach to care. I am patient, calm, and approachable, ensuring children feel secure while we play board games, solve puzzles, or enjoy outdoor sports. I hold CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications to ensure a safe environment for up to multiple children. Whether I am providing written reports or chatting at pickup, I prioritize your preferred communication style and always follow your lead on household rules. I look forward to bringing my experience into your home to help your children thrive.
