She is thoughtful and will send interesting messages about your child throughout the day. For instance, Noelle coordinated play dates with a girl that my child hit it off with at the park and now they are friends. Also, my daughter told me that she always makes her crawl through the car if she is parked on a busy street and her child's seat is on the busy side. She is great. I would hire her!
