I am a certified Athletic Trainer and licensed massage therapist with over 20 years of experience helping adults and older adults improve mobility, reduce pain, and stay active safely. My background includes working in a pain management clinic and providing one-on-one support with strength, balance, walking, and functional movement. I specialize in gentle exercise support, mobility assistance, fall-prevention, and helping clients continue home exercise programs after physical therapy. I also provide companionship, transportation to appointments, and daily activity support with a calm, patient, and encouraging approach. My goal is always to help people maintain independence, comfort, and confidence in their own homes. Families often appreciate that I bring both clinical knowledge and compassionate, hands-on care.
