I have several years of experience working with children and individuals with special needs, providing support, care, and encouragement in both personal and professional settings. Growing up with a mother who is a Special Education Director, I was exposed to the importance of patience, understanding, and creating inclusive environments from an early age. I have also worked at Tradewinds Summer Camp, where I supported campers ages 5-18 with a variety of disabilities, including autism, Down syndrome, and visual impairments. In this role, I helped create a safe, fun, and supportive environment while assisting campers with daily activities, social development, communication, and building independence.
