I have successfully used care.com in the past. I explained to Noelle that I was moving to WA and needed to hire someone for house cleaning, laundry, etc. She accused me of ill intent and sent me a threatening text. I reported her. She’s dangerous and I’m disappointed to see her still on care.com. Refusing a job is ok, threats are not. Care.com doesn’t provide a way for users to block dangerous care givers so I just have to remember not to contact Noelle.
