Hello, My name is Noelia. I'm 22-year-old nanny. I'm currently studying child psychology, which helps me better understand and support kids' development and emotional needs. I'm fully committed to building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents to create a healthy and safe environment for the children. Some of my skills are communication, patience, and organization. I like working with kids because it feels rewarding to help them learn, feel understood, encouraged and cared for. I'm looking for a job that allows me to support a family by providing reliable childcare while helping children learn and grow. I started working with kids when I was 16. First I worked as a nanny for a young toddler and then I worked as a teacher assistant at 18 for a school/daycare. One thing you should know about me is I am very organized in all aspects.
