I been working as a caregiver for over 30 years. I worked in a hospital for 18 years. I have a big heart for the elderly, lots of patience and compassion. Lots of experience in feeding, dressing, bathing, changing if their incontinent, and helping them in all of their needs. Have worked with people with dementia, Alzheimer's, stroke, diabetes, and many more. I also do total care if they are unable to move and are bedridden.

Noelia (or Noe) started working for us over a year ago taking care of my grandma and has been a great addition to our team. She is a literal ray of sunshine, so bubbly and friendly, and she also knows when/how to tone it down to better match my grandma's moods. Noe works the overnight shift for us and I feel confident my grandma is in good hands. Noe stays alert her whole shift and does all the necessary caretaking things (restroom help, meds, etc...), but she also takes it to the next level by getting to know my grandma on a personal level. My grandma has dementia and while she has a great sense of humor, she can also be a little spicy. I can tell the way Noe talks about my grandma that Noe "gets her" and is attune to how to adjust to the spicy moods and have fun with her during the good moods. Additionally, Noe has proven to be reliable and communicative and has stepped up to the plate when spot coverage is needed. I firmly recommend Noe as a caretaker for your loved one!
