I have four years of on hand experience in childcare by a safe, nurturing and engaging environment of children of different ages. During this time I have support children, daily routines, including meals, nap, hygiene, and playtime, encouraging positive behavior, and social development. I have experienced planning of appropriate activities for promote learning, creativity, and physically active activity as well as building strong relationships with both children and parents. My background has helped me develop patient strong communication skills and ability to respond, and effective to each child's individual needs.
