About Noel

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of the families I support. I am comfortable working with ages four through 12 and beyond, as I have experience with watching and chaperoning elementary and middle school children. I am a friendly, approachable caregiver who values structure and follows the parents' requirements regarding household rules. Whether we are playing outdoor sports, solving puzzles, or engaging in educational games, I love teaching children new life skills. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, creative crafts, etc. I prioritize clear communication and will always follow the parents' preferred method for updates throughout the day. Helping children discover their unique interests and reach their full potential is the most rewarding part of working with kids.
