I hired Nneka to care for my son for a few hours and she was constantly on her phone. I have told her that it's okay for her to use her phone occasionally but to be present more with my child during speech therapy. During speech therapy, she fell asleep on the job. I don't think she has the maturity nor the experience to care for small children. Her prior babysitting experience was for her sister-in-law. When I reached out to Nneka to inform her of my decision to not move forward, she was very rude and defensive and requested a phone call. During the call, she wasn't receptive to constructive criticism. Her tone was harsh and defensive.
