Niurka was very punctual, on time and she seemed to be very reliable at first…. Her duties were to take my kids to and from school everyday as I had transportation needs. One day she contacted me on a Sunday to let me know she would be out Monday, and she was never heard from again. I called her several times to see if she was feeling better and when would she be back to work but my calls were never returned. She never did reach back out. Unacceptable, unprofessional. No call/No show
