About Nitzia

Nitzia is simply incredible and my wife and I are so bummed to be losing her (we had an unexpected change on our personal side). She took such great care of our 1.5 year old little one (LO) for about 6 months and we would have stayed with her for the long term. Things we love about her: 1) she was punctual and never arrived late. 2) she was kind and loving but also knew how to redirect our LO when he got upset or frustrated. She had the perfect mix of being patient and understanding while also ensuring he understood certain things had to be done (e.g., diaper change, taking medicine when sick) and was able to get our son to cooperate. 3) she took him outside almost daily and got him social time with other toddlers his age as she connected with other nannys in the area . 4) she was proactive in getting him different experiences such as taking him to book readings at a local book store, going to the library, going to multiple parks, etc. 5) she sent us pictures and updates throughout the day with a high level of detail so we always knew how we was doing. 6) she was proactive in making him new activities at home such as finger painting, different types of homemade activities to practice learning colors and counting, etc. 7) she made him food and also thought of new food ideas when my wife and I were struggling to think of new ideas. 8) she went above and beyond and helped with our LO's laundry or other minor household activities when our LO was napping even though we had never asked her to. The list can truly go on and on and we have zero constructive feedback for her. She was so proactive and did things without my wife and I ever needing to ask her. If you're considering Nitzia we cannot recommend her enough.
