Nishita was a full time nanny for our initially 4 month old son. She was great & I highly recommend her! She comes with education in occupational therapy for children, & taught my husband and I several things in relation to our sons development - like how to encourage him to sit up to strengthen his core, or exercises for proper crawling. Nishita was creative, resilient and a great communicator, very easy to get along with & incredibly responsible. She was receptive to feedback while respectfully communicating her needs which I think is important for a quality working relationship. She came up with pool activities, sang to our son, found fun places to walk him to, and all around was a loving & trustworthy care giver. She helped us with other things too as needed such as groceries, feeding dogs (who she's also great with), or baby's laundry. If you're looking for someone to help with your child you can't go wrong with Nishita!!
