Nisha has been our son's nanny for almost 2 years now, starting with us when he was around 9 months old. Nisha is warm, dependable, responsible, and wonderful with our son - they both adore each other. Nisha is thoughtful about age appropriate development and has taught our son sign language, colors, songs, among other things. She is very patient and yet is able to be stern when he is being stubborn. Nisha is good at planning the day around local library events, and organizing play dates with other nanny kids which has allowed our son to have an active and engaged social life. She speaks good English, but also exposes our son to Nepali which we like. She has a car and can drive the kids around to activities. At least twice a week, she picks up our older child from school and is good at managing both the kids together. We feel fortunate to have found Nisha and highly recommend her!
