Nisha looked after our infant son full time starting when he was about 7 months old. I loved that she went outside with him daily to get plenty of fresh air, whenever possible. She also helped introduce and give solids, which was a huge help for us. Apart from doing a great job keeping our little one safe, I also greatly appreciated how much she accommodated our schedule and situation with one parent working from home.
