About Niralee

I'm a Program Lead at an after-school program, where I work closely with young children and create meaningful experiences that support their creativity, confidence, independence, and social-emotional growth. I'm also a professional designer, so creativity and art naturally become a big part of the way I connect with children. I'm opening up a limited amount of time outside of my program work to connect with a few families who are looking for more than traditional childcare. I love creating age-appropriate activities around art, movement, storytelling, mindfulness, and everyday life skills while also giving children space to explore, ask questions, and simply be themselves. What matters most to me is being a positive presence in a child's early years and helping them develop curiosity, kindness, confidence, and an understanding of the world around them. I'm intentional about the families I work with and would love to meet families who value thoughtful, creative, and engaged care.
