I am patient, creative, and have a calm demeanor, which allows me to connect with children and build strong relationships with them. When it comes to communication, I believe in keeping parents informed about their child's day. I provide verbal updates at pickup and send regular text or phone call updates upon request. I also follow the parents' preferred communication method to ensure that they are comfortable with the way they receive information about their child. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring that children understand and follow them. I believe in a balanced approach that combines positive reinforcement with gentle discipline when necessary.
