We booked Nina, and at the last moment we decided to coordinate by phone, as she had provided her number. During the call, we discovered that the reservation had not been properly confirmed on her end. Fortunately, we contacted her in time, and she was able to arrive promptly. It appears that the website has ongoing technical issues, so if you wish to ensure that your reservation is fully confirmed, it is advisable to contact her directly by phone and verify that she has received both the confirmation and your address. If the booking does not register on her side, she cannot see your address and has no way of knowing she is expected. In summary, she arrived quickly—within approximately 15 minutes—and we were still able to attend the concert. Nina kept us updated at all times and the kids had a blast doing multiple activities. Books were read, games were played, and bedtime was a breeze. I'm looking forward to our next night out so Nina can come over again!
