Nina is our "go-to" gal for our 3 year old. She is reliable, flexible, kind, patient, and caring. She has really taken time to get to know our little guy and she is intuitive, so she's usually pretty "spot on" with his needs and adjusts the activities she does based on his needs in the moment. She is great at calming him down when he becomes upset, and he always has so much fun with her. 10/10 would recommend!
