About Nina

I'd describe my personality as creative, open minded, and reliable. I am always looking for ways to connect with the kids I am babysitting. I want to learn their interests so I am able to plan fun activities for the kids I like working with kids because I get to be apart of their personal growth. I love that I can bring out my childish side. Wether it's coming up with a silly song, or creating a fun activity I love motivating kids to be the best they can be and to not be afraid to be themselves. Of course there will be times where a kid is not having a good day, or can't make sense of why they're upset. I am able to make sure the kids understand that their feelings are not only valid, but to help them talk through it I started working with kids when I was 16 years old by babysitting my cousins. At age 18 I started working for infants and toddlers at a daycare. Now I work for all ages infant to 13yrs. Some of my other skills include communication, organization, and patience
