About Nina

I am the mother of 4 girls (ages 19, 25, 26, and 27. After college, I worked in a unique group home for special needs children. My experience working with mentally and physically disabled children provided me with extensive knowledge of the physical, cognitive, and psycho-social health of children. My roles included staffing, household finance management, parent communication, and coordination of services. I later earned a second degree, a B. S. in Nursing from URI. Recently my focus has been on infant care and I thoroughly enjoy this stage. I am a happy, positive person and get great enjoyment from spending time with infants. I am extremely reliable, hardworking, trustworthy, and easy to get along with. Some of my strengths are patience, thoughtfulness, kindness, and experience.

Nina began caring for our baby girl when she was about 11 weeks old, and has been absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly warm and kind, and our little girl (who just turned 1 year) now literally screams with delight when Nina arrives at our home. She clearly makes the happiness and safety of our little one a top priority, and has been more than willing to help out with household tasks as well. We made the decision to have our daughter start pre-school later this year, but hope Nina will always be a part of our lives, and cannot recommend her highly enough!
