About Nina

Hi, I'm Nina! I'm 26 years old with 9 years of childcare experience and a genuine love for working with kids. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Holistic Medicine and an AA in Sociology. I'm also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with hands-on experience working with children on the autism spectrum. This has strengthened my skills in patience, communication, and creating supportive environments tailored to each child's needs. I've cared for children from infancy through pre-teens and take a nurturing, attentive, and reliable approach that families can count on. I love incorporating Montessori-inspired principles into my care, encouraging independence, creativity, and curiosity in a natural and fun way. My background in holistic health allows me to support children's physical needs as well as their emotional well-being and development. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, highly organized, and committed to creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment where kids can thrive.
