I am a compassionate, dependable, and kind caregiver who values seniors' wisdom, experiences, and individuality. Caregiving is personal to me: I cared for my grandmother with schizophrenia, and my father-in-law as his dementia progressed to Alzheimer's. I began my healthcare career as a CNA at 15, gained hospital experience, pursued pre-nursing studies, and became a phlebotomist. I prefer private in-home care because it lets me provide personalized support, learn routines and needs, and build trusting relationships with families. I seek a consistent, long-term position where safety, dignity, clear communication, and peace of mind are valued. I am direct, honest, faith-led, and optimistic. I confidently provide specialized assistance within the care plan and caregiver scope of practice while maintaining balance and being present for my family.
