About Nimali

Nimali has been with our family for over 2 years taking care of our now 2.5 yo and 6 yo. She is the most loving, patient, and dedicated person and we were very lucky to have her take care of our kids. She has many gifts, which would be hard to list all here. She has the biggest heart and is someone our children quickly bonded with - our youngest especially continues to be delighted every morning when she arrives. She's extremely responsible and will watch your kids as if they are her own. She's attentive, rarely on her phone, and genuinely cares that the children are engaged and present with their activities. She is a very safe driver and took our kids out daily for classes, library storytimes, playdates, etc. She has 20+ years of experience and glowing references from her previous families. She is able to grow with your children with ease - meeting them at their developmental stage. Lastly, I can't imagine a more committed person - in 2 years, she has been extremely punctual despite her early morning start time and has called out sick 1 time (when it turned out that our kid gave her COVID). She carries multiple Child Growth and Development certificates and is CPR/First Aid certified.
