About Nilysha

Hi! I'm Nilysha! I'm a nursing student who loves working with children and creating a fun, safe, and caring environment for them. I have experience as a swim instructor and lifeguard, where I worked closely with kids of different ages while prioritizing safety, patience, and communication. I'm CPR/BLS certified and currently gaining hands-on experience through pediatric and maternity nursing clinicals as I work toward my dream of becoming a NICU nurse practitioner. I also grew up as the youngest in a big family and have 10 nephews ranging from toddlers to teenagers, so I've been around children my whole life! Being involved in their lives has taught me how to connect with different personalities and age groups. I would describe myself as kind, dependable, bubbly, and responsible. I enjoy reading, games, crafts, homework help, and making sure children feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. I look forward to helping your family!
