About Nilsa Beatriz

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of the families I support. With three years of experience caring for up to three children, I offer a patient, calm, and creative environment for ages 0-11. I hold a graduate degree, which informs my approach to educational games and puzzles. Since I am a skilled swimmer, I am happy to provide swimming supervision to keep your children safe and active. I am also comfortable with carpooling, travel, and leading creative crafts. I prioritize your preferences by following your lead on household rules and your chosen method of communication. **Summary:** I am a patient, creative caregiver with a graduate degree, three years of experience, and a commitment to supporting your family's unique needs. I truly look forward to becoming a trusted partner in your child's daily adventures.
