From the beginning, Nili was very responsive to my inquiry of searching for a nanny. When I requested to meet her in person, she arrived promptly and immediately I could tell that she was an incredibly warm and caring individual. I've had some bad experience with nannies in the past but Nili was able to empathize with my fears and assure me those mistakes wouldn't happen with her. My daughter was 18 months and my son was 2 years old when Nili first started. My daughter was a very fussy baby and my son was in his terrible twos so you can imagine the anxiety that kicks in when trying to find a nanny that could handle both of them at the same time. I constantly texted her the first few days while she was taking care of the kids but every time she was very responsive and put me at ease. When I would come home, my daughter would either be sleeping or laughing in her crib while my son would be playing a game that Nili would make educational in some way. Also, the house would always be squeaky clean which always seems impossible with my son running around messing everything up. Overall, Nili was an amazing nanny. She was flexible and always professional. My kids fell in love with her instantly and built an amazing bond while she worked with me for 2 years. She is no longer my nanny because I had to relocate for work and now I'm struggling to find a nanny like her. I highly recommend her so if you are able to book her, consider yourself extremely lucky! -Sema
