Nilka has been the biggest blessing to our family. She served as caretaker and nanny for our daughter for three years. My spouse and I have demanding jobs. However we are fortunate that for the first three years of her life, our daughter was under the care of Nilka. Nilka prioritizes safety, she is thoughtful, and is the kindest person. She loved our daughter like her own and provided the exact care that we requested each day. She always gave timely updates throughout the day. She was extremely dependable, always showed up on time, and was the most conscientious caretaker. Over the course of our three years with Nilka, she truly became family, and we hate that we moved away from Worcester and had to end out time with her. We would give Nilka the strongest recommendation as a caretaker for a baby or toddler.
