Bringing comfort and support to adults and seniors is my passion. My five years of experience have solidified my commitment to enhancing their well-being and independence. In previous roles, I've had positive experiences that motivate me to make a difference in people's lives. I am patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I am skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or behavioral changes. I provide hospice services, personal care, light housekeeping, and dementia care. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. I have a college degree, current CPR Training, and First Aid Training.
