Hi! I'm Niko (she/her). I'm a licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I currently work at an ABA clinic where I create individualized plans and provide one-on-one support for children on the autism spectrum. I'm passionate about helping every child feel understood, safe, and empowered. Outside of my weekday clinic work, I'm excited to be searching for families looking for someone experienced, patient, and nurturing for a child with special needs.
