Nikol was our after school nanny and was not only reliable, dependable and punctual but she was instrumental in helping managing the kids busy schedule, picking them up from school, ensuring homework and early childhood learning was done, taking them to their activities and also making sure when they were out of school they were doing engaging activities. I knew I could count on her as a busy working mom! She met the kids were they were and interacted with each of them in the way they needed most. She is wonderful!
