I believe every student possesses unique potential, and I'm dedicated to helping them achieve their goals through personalized support. I am a certified paraprofessional, I scored 477 out of 480. I strive to create an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment for students in elementary and middle school. I adapt my teaching by actively listening to students, observing their interactions with new material, and varying my teaching strategies with visual aids and hands-on activities. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to real-world examples and celebrating small successes. Communication is essential. I provide regular updates to parents, ensuring we're all working together. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I have experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and student accommodation plans (504). I can tutor Math, English, and Special Education at the student's home, online, or at the library.
