Nikki is a wonderful nanny. She is incredibly dependable, caring, and creative. The kids absolutely love her, and so do we. She is on time, every time, and always has a great attitude. She comes with great ideas for activities and crafts that the kids can do. She does not shy away from the dirty work, and has been incredibly patient with our daughter, who has Down syndrome, and who can sometimes be quite the challenge. She communicates very well, both with us and the kids. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
