My professional background includes working directly with elderly individuals and providing personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, medication assistance, mobility support, meal preparation, transportation, and companionship. I also have experience supporting individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's. In addition to my hands-on caregiving experience, I have several years of healthcare administrative and leadership experience, including serving as an administrator for Comfort Keepers and Beehive Homes. My responsibilities included coordinating care, completing assessments, communicating with families, overseeing medication-related needs, and ensuring quality care and services.
