My passion for childcare stems from my positive babysitting experiences and my deep desire to make a positive impact on children's lives. I believe in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive. My patient and calm demeanor allows me to effectively manage challenging situations, while my creativity and imagination make learning and playtime enjoyable. I prioritize open communication with parents, ensuring that we work together to address any concerns or issues that arise. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and am experienced in playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports to educational games. I have ECE college credits, my certificate in communications, have worked as a behavior technician for children with ASD, and am working towards my degree in psychology with a goal of being a children and family therapist one day. I have 8 years of professional experience in childcare, but have been babysitting much longer.
