It's been a blessing having Nikki work with my grandparents. Her level of preparedness is impressive. We needed someone to work with my grandfather, who is a stroke survivor, with his cognitive skills, memory and physical therapy. She came with a game-plan on day one! And my grandfather's made so much progress! His mood has balanced out, and she's able to have full conversations with him. Something we haven't been able to do the last 2 yrs. She is always on time and very resourceful!
