With over six years of experience working in the human services field, I bring compassion, patience, and strong communication skills to every individual and family I support. I am currently pursuing my degree in social work, and throughout my career I've worked closely with people managing complex needs--ranging from mental health conditions and medical challenges to developmental and social service supports. My approach is strengths-based and person-centered. I value building trusting relationships, understanding each person's unique circumstances, and helping them maintain dignity and independence. Whether providing day-to-day support, coordinating care, or simply being a reliable presence, I strive to meet people where they are and create a safe, supportive environment.
