We pulled our two-year-old out of daycare during Omicron and Nikki was our first experience with in-home childcare (outside of relying on family every so often) - And we couldn't have been happier! From the minute she met our kids, she was so kind and fun with both of them. She's got a really warm and outgoing personality and both of my kids (who are very opposite personalities - one is typically really reserved and the other much more outgoing) warmed up to her instantly. We were fortunate to have her toddler join her (such a sweet & amazing kid) which was especially fun for our toddler. Now that both kids have returned to full-time school/pre-school we don't need childcare regularly anymore but if we did I'd hire Nikki again in an instant. Recommend very highly!
