About Nikki

I have been teaching/tutoring special needs students for 10+ years. I have experience with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities, and Cerebral Palsy. I have taught preschool through high school. I strive to find the unique learning style of each of my students. These days, I am tutoring preschool, pre-k and young elementary school students. This is where my heart lies! I enjoy having fun with my students while they learn through play. I believe this is the best way for children this age to learn. I provide hands-on lessons with 3-D objects so they are using all of their senses (seeing, hearing, touching, smelling, tasting) while they learn, with minimal focus on worksheets. This is Kinesthetic Learning. It is proven this is the best and easiest way for children to learn. I look forward to helping your child learn and grow!
