About Nikki

Hi, my name is Nikki! I've worked with neurotypical and special needs children 8mo-17yo with a focus in ASD, for 14 years. I started in the field as a special needs paraprofessional for pre-k- 5th grade in ASD specific classrooms. I have extensive experience with in-home ABA and as a nanny/personal assistant for special needs and neurotypical children/families. Currently I'm a BT, Director of Operations for an ABA company, and entrepreneur. I am energetic, hard working, organized and value honestly and open communication. I continue working as a caregiver to learn a variety of family needs while I continue building my business. Currently, I'm available for occasional work and travel work (family vacations, work trips etc.) I'm flexible on time frames for travel work, just reach out and we'll chat. My minimum rate is $30/hour. 3+kids= $35/hour. Thank you!
