About Nikkia

I believe every child deserves to feel seen, heard, supported, and capable of succeeding. With experience as a Resource Teacher working with students in grades 2-8, I bring more than just academic support to the table. My passion is helping students grow not only in their reading, writing, and math skills, but also in their confidence, self-esteem, and love for learning. I understand that every child learns differently, and I take pride in meeting students where they are, building meaningful relationships, and creating a safe, encouraging environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. As a mom, educator, and certified life coach, I understand the importance of patience, compassion, and celebrating even the smallest victories. My goal is simple: I want every student I work with to walk away believing a little more in themselves than they did before we met.
